Privacy

ThemeUX is an independent studio run by one developer. This page explains what we collect on themeux.com and support.themeux.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to support@themeux.com.

What we collect

• Contact and support forms: your name, email address, store URL if you give one, and your message. For support requests, also the theme and the page you’re asking about.
• Waitlist: your email address, the themes you picked and what you sell.
• Email: messages you send to support@themeux.com, and our replies.
• Server logs: like most websites, our web server records each request: IP address, page, time and browser. We use these only to keep the site running and to stop abuse.

We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t build profiles of visitors.

How we use it

Only to answer you, to send the waitlist emails you signed up for, and to improve our themes from what you tell us. We don’t sell your information or share it for marketing. Waitlist emails are only about the themes you chose, and you can leave the list at any time by writing to us.

Where it’s kept

• Form entries and emails go to our own support desk, which runs on a server we manage in Oracle Cloud’s Ashburn, Virginia (US) region. Backups stay on the same server.
• Outgoing email is sent through Oracle Cloud Email Delivery.
• The site’s fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google’s servers for them, which shares your IP address with Google. See Google’s privacy policy.
• The live demo stores are hosted by Shopify, under Shopify’s privacy policy.

How long

• Support conversations and form entries: as long as they help us support you, and until you ask us to delete them.
• Waitlist entries: until you leave the list, or we close the waitlist.
• Server logs: rotated out automatically after a short time.
• Backups: deleted after 14 days.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to support@themeux.com from the address you used. We’ll reply within one week. Deleted data drops out of backups within 14 days.

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
