Terms
Last updated 1 November 2026These terms cover your use of themeux.com, our docs, the live demo stores and the support desk at support.themeux.com. ThemeUX is an independent studio run by one developer. By using the site, you agree to them.
Buying a theme
Our themes are sold through the Shopify Theme Store. Your purchase, licence and any refund are handled by Shopify under Shopify’s terms and the Theme Store’s licence, not by these terms.
Custom work
Custom builds and other paid services are agreed with you in writing before work starts. That agreement covers price, scope and timing.
Support
We answer support requests about our themes by email, usually within one day. Support covers the theme as we released it. Changes you or others make to its code, and third-party apps, are outside it, though we’ll point you in the right direction where we can.
Using the site
- The site’s text, images, screenshots and docs belong to ThemeUX. You may read, link to and quote them; please don’t republish them as your own.
- The demo stores are for looking around. Nothing on them is for sale, and no order placed there will be fulfilled.
- Don’t use the forms or the desk to send spam, or try to disrupt or break into the site.
No warranty
We work to keep the site and docs accurate, but they’re provided as they are. As far as the law allows, ThemeUX isn’t liable for losses from using the site or relying on the docs. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
