Theme support
For questions about Tesserae’s settings, sections and behaviour, send a support request. Include your store URL, the page where you see the problem and a screenshot; we reply by email.
Your tickets
Every request becomes a ticket. Reply to our email to add to it, or sign in to the ThemeUX help centre with your email address to see all your requests and our replies.
What Shopify handles
For orders, payments, shipping, domains and checkout, contact Shopify Support. Questions about an app go to the app’s developer.
Custom work
Changes beyond the theme’s settings, such as new sections or a migration, are custom work. See Services for how those projects run.
